One sick chicken

I recently inherited a rooster and some chickens. My landlord passed away and his son left his chickens here. I really don't know too much about chickens. They really aren't very friendly, normally run away when they see us come near. Lately, I've noticed though, that one of the chickens has lost a lot of energy, the pack leaves her alone and I've noticed that the red in her face has become pale. She's not eating good and I've seen her just lie in the grass like she can't move and even fall over. Maybe a neurological issue? All the others seem to be doing fine but I just don't know what to do with her. I believe she's the one that normally sits on the eggs, I don't know if that would have anything to do with her problems. Can anyone give me some idea of what might be going on or how to help her?

I’m not positive as I have not had any personal experience with the disease in my flock but I think it may be Mareks disease.
