My best guess would be a Kulang Asil, but other than the breeder of the bird, no one can say for sure.

I had a pair of Shamo, which I was told is almost exactly the same.. I got the eggs on ebay. Loved the birds.. Awesome mousers! Very friendly.. silly looking.

edited to add.. they say the pictured bird is Asil.

If that is an Asil it's the heaviest one I have ever seen. I have seen Saipans that big.
