One week old chick wobbly/ huddled/ eye closed

I have a one week old SLW chick that started looking ill last night. I’ve moved it to a separate brooder with food and water. It made it through the night (with some checks and encouragement to drink!) but I am worried. It keeps chirping, walking to a corner and seems unsteady. Stools appear normal. It is keeping one of its eyes closed but I can’t see any discharge or injury. We are in England. Any idea what is wrong with this little one and what else I can do to help it? Thank you!

I'm assuming that it is warm enough. Do you have any vitamins that you could give it ?

Yes we have a Brinsea brooder it’s under. I do have some vitamins I can give it. Still the same this evening - lots of chirping and walking around. Seems unsettled - but eating and drinking some.
