Personality: Independent, resourceful, courageous, and intelligent. Knows how to work her way out of a jam and is elite in battle because of her tactfullness. May look dainty and helpless, but Hazel packs utter power in her hooves. Respectful to her betters and has a way with words. Excellent climber of seeming-insurmountable mountains. Her independency may keep her from being sticky-sweet, but Hazel stills knows how to be kind and considerate.
Color: Varnish roan.
Markings: Typical Varnish roan: mainly cream-colored with tawny mottling and speckling on her legs and underbelly. (I don't know how else to describe it...)
Description of bodily attributes: Tall, beautiful mare with long, flowing silver mane. Looks dainty, but that's the most wrong attribute of her: she's been known to out-run and defeat in battle the most elite stallions.

Parents: Blizzard Cloud and Zitkala.
Siblings: Ivy; adopted sister Makawi, even though Hazel thinks she's a half-sister.

History: Born in Mountain Herd. Was absolutely shocked when Blizzard Cloud showed up with another tiny foal and a brief acclamation she was his. Hazel wasn't bitter at all to her father for *supposedly* taking another mate, she was just utterly befuddled. Hazel took Makawi as her sister with no question, even though Makawi couldn't like her less. Hazel is beginning to become suspicious of Makawi's heritage and is secretly gathering facts to try to pinpoint her *sister's* true history.
