One year old hen not laying.

My 14 month old silver laced polish hen only lays an egg every two months or so. She’s only layed four eggs in her life, the first when she was six months old. I realize polish aren’t extremely good layers but I wouldn’t expect them to be THIS infrequent... Otherwise, she is in very good health, very active with no parasites, dewormed last month. All other hens are laying fine and healthy. Any ideas anyone?

You won't like my idea but I recommend that you chunk the Polish hen in favor of a more reliable layer.
