only 2 ganders

Hi I have 13 geese 11 female and 2 male. My DH said that there are not enought males as geese are monogomus. I disagree. who is right?

Ok, I'm not a goose pro. I'm rather new. I did check the book from Holderread and he states that they are either in pairs, or sometimes you can have 1 gander with up to 4 hens. It depends on the breed.

Ok, checked the book again. For Africans it can be 2-6 girls per gander.

They can pick a favorite so you really need to watch and make sure all the females are being bred.
