Fall and Autumn are the same season - leaves fall from trees often after turning really great colors - orange, yellow, reds, even purples, and the normal brown. Together it's all very pretty.

It goes in an order.

Winter - leaves have fallen already, many places here snow or very very cold, some places far to the South have very little winter weather.

Spring is when things thaw out and begin to grow again, there are spectacular new clean green colors everywhere and planted bulb flowers bloom early and look neat in many places. I love spring in Tennessee best.

Summer is hot, some places North don't get very hot, but many places in the South West and Middle of the country and south East get very hot, or very hot and humid.

Fall/Autumn is when the weather once again gets cooler and the leaves on trees turn color and fall off as they go dormant for the approaching winter. It's very pretty.

I've lived in mountains in snow. I do not miss shoveling snow, or ice to slip and fall on. We get a teeny tiny bit of snow over winter here, but it melts off in a day or two, at most four. I like that kind of snow. Pretty for a few days then gone.

I wish you could see Fall and Winter somewhere - they're very pretty and interesting.

If you are interested in US History - my two favorite historical figures are Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln. I'll see if I can find some good revolution history sites for you to visit. My friend Laura is a history major.

Yes...the children annoy us like bugs. LOL!

Canada is it's own country but it is part of the British Commonwealth along with Australia, India and a number of other countries. Our taxes go to our own country though.

and for Jefferson, he died exactly on US independence day. ew...

oh thank you for letting me know the gov structure of canada.

by the way emily, i want to ask, why (really no offence mean) canada isn't too "well known"? for example, japan is well known for the ato*** bo** dropped by US. germany well known of its berlin wall. then can you let me know what make canada well known? i'm really soriry if there're any wrong/offence word. canada is a large country, almost 1/4 america continent is canada' area, so canada will have much resource i tough, do it?

sorry asking too many, hope you didn't get "resist" of my question. thank you so much.

Canada is pretty quiet...we tend to stay out of wars when we can and try to do peacekeeping missions instead of combat. It's a large country but much of it is far north and people don't want to live in that climate where there is sun for 24 hours in summer and dark for 24 hours in winter (it's true! crazy light).

Canada is the 2nd largest country. We greatly value multiculteralism and have two official languages: French and English. Some of our national symbols associated with Canada are the Royal Mounted Police, the beaver, the moose, maple syrup, totem poles, hockey and the maple leaf.

And, of course, Canadians are known for our friendliness.

Thanks for asking! I love Canada...for 10 years the United Nations voted it the country best for living in!

, amazing, what a great country.

yes, many (include me) love to stay in peace place without any "fog of war". even chicken can stay safe in canada without afraid of something (that shaped like their egg

) fell from sky and make big flame and very noisy sound

.

what? 24 hours of light and 24 hours of dark? then the hen would lay much of eggs in summer or she get confused when to lay?

OMG, well known for friendliness, i love friendliness, it's hard to find that thing in 21st century, majorly in my country (this is real).

10 years of UN best country to live in? amazing, i can then sleep quietly there without being afraid of crime. sounds like a "heaven" to be there.

thank you for describing very2 detailed information about living in canada.
