Not that I'm aware of...you obviously just don't want to do them both at the same time.

I would have hoped for improvement by now having been on the antibiotics for a few days unless the sick birds were not drinking well. Giving tylan by injection will help with dosing assurance. If its viral no amount of antibiotics will help...which would concern me as the symptoms could be a number of nasty viral so recheck your symptom chart.
