We still have to cut the roof and add the extra to the nesting box. We are adding metal trim to the corners for predators. We also need to build an overhang over the air vent. It's insulated in the ceiling, floor and we put chicken wire between the layers . The coop is built on an 80's pop up trailer. The run will be on wheels so the system can be pushed around. They will also free range my yard 3 times a week. I'm getting 6 ladies, they have all started to lay. I have food, shavings water. I think I'm good to go. I've only ever seen a chicken once in my life and I'm 33. Hopefully I can figure this out.

You'll figure it out. The first time I actually physically handled a chicken (well, a living one, not a rotisserie one) was in a "101 chicken keeping class" a few weeks before I got my chicks. 😅
