Hi, my name is Melanie, and I live 1800 feet up in the Grey Highlands area of Ontario.

We are trying to find breeders of unusual breeds in Western Ontario, and not had much luck. We went to a sale yesterday in the pouring rain and none of the breeds we were looking for were represented.

If anyone knows of (reputable) breeders of:
Black Australorps
Speckled Sussex
Buff Orpingtons

Or any unusual breeds in Western Ontario.....

I would love to hear about them. We bought a pair of Buffs a few years ago that turned out be...I'm not quite sure...as we got small, white eggs and not the big brown ones we expected.
