Oopsie.... Frazzle?

I am concerned that my frizzle may be frazzled (curly). He is about 4-5 weeks old. I have hatched many frizzles in the past and this one just seems different. He's very animated and so active. He's had those old man black ear hairs for over 3 weeks. He is in a very juvenile, shall I say, fugly stage at the moment. He will have more crest than I thought. I am worried though that he may be frazzled. Opinions much appreciated.

His do seem to curl. My cousin had pure white frazzles and there's stuck straight out. They kind of look like silkies except somebody has been after them with a straightening iron and hairspray! lol He is adorable though!
