Opa, glad to hear Granny is so far handling her treatment. Keep us posted when you have time - And You Go Granny!

Just returned from the hospital after meeting with Granny's doctors. They are all amazed with her positive attitude and her recovery. The original treatment plan was a 3 step drug program. The 1st is mildly hallucinogenic, the 2nd extremely so, and the 3rd is just a maintenance antibiotic. Fortunately she is going to be able to skip the 2nd drug and may get to come home on Thursday.

Some of the people who have been affected by this drug contamination have had hospital stays as long as 69 days. Granny was definitely one of the lucky ones. Only 7 days since she was admitted and she gets to come home today.
