Open letter to the jerk who dumped the dog at my gate

My latest drop off. Fortunately she is healthy but we have had some animals dumped where there was nothing left but to end their suffering

Dumped dogs, even if runners by breed, stay put. That's how we got our Basenjis. Oogie was the worm and flea infested pregnant girl. Mayor is her son who was too darn cute, and Victor just was devoted to the kids. Sigh.

I have had to kill numerous strays. I lost 20 guineas in an hour... I no longer give much warning. I try to run them off once... After that, I realize their owner didn't care about them and its either them or my livestock...

It is a sad truth, yet still the truth.
