Can you get a photo of both or their faces? Are there any bubbles in the eyes, facial swelling?
The black hen looks a bit squinty eyed, it's hard to tell about the one in the nesting box with the low lighting.
Well, I guess this youtube video you posted today, is actually from 2024, so this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time, correct?
Once a flock has some type of chronic respiratory illness, they can become symptomatic from time to time.
Have you ever treated them with any medication like Tiamulin (Denagard/Tiagard) or Tylosin? If not, then you may want to consider doing so to see if one of these helps control symptoms when they arise.
See that there's plenty of ventilation in the coop, that ammonia doesn't build up and that they are eating/drinking. If you bring in new birds, likely they will get whatever it is you are dealing with now (and in the past).
