How old is he and how long has he been sick like this? I know you have had him at the vets many times what all have they done? xrays of intestines to make sure they are normal? anything else?

He’s been tested for metals which came back negative, his blood tests were all normal. He hasn’t had any x-rays, any time I’ve asked I’ve been told it’s either unnecessary or I can’t afford it, even when I’ve said I could and insisted on it, I get I don’t have any veterinary knowledge but I don’t understand why i don’t get a say in what tests are done?
He had fecal testing done with a different vet in august, the results showed coccidia and a gram positive bacteria, no parasites, she said she thought The bacteria could be giardia but wasn’t sure.
She prescribed me SMZ TMP through her pharmacy, I couldn’t afford it so I asked if she could call it in to Costco or Walgreens which carried it for a fraction, she said she needed to get back to me because she needed to adjust the dosage. I called in every day for two weeks and never got a call back, only promises from her techs that she was going to.
I asked them to forward the results back to my old vet “Dr. S.” They didn’t for a week, then said they didn’t have to. When they finally did they didn’t include any actual results, no bacteria counts or anything, only the information of what test was performed, then they refused to call Dr. S back.
In other words I got conned out of $380.

I ended up ordering fish Metro and toltrazuril and treating on my own because that last trip to hell cleaned me out.

I’ve had Roxby on Metro this week, it doesn’t seem to be doing much for him. He had toltrazuril last week and no change.

He’s a year and a half old, this current illness has lasted the last week and a half. His last illness lasted about a week at the beginning of October.

He just had the weirdest dropping I’ve seen in awhile, two hours ago I decided to start giving him some safequard Incase he has worms, and he just dropped this.

Are these worms?

Sure looks like it could be. Is it moving? I'm only familiar with roundworms since that is usually what I see in chicken poop.

Not moving, whatever they are they’re dead. At this point I hope they are worms because I can do something about it.
