This chicken is already on 0.5 ml tylan 50 for 5 days already for another issue. My question is about these wounds that the other chickens caused. I found one open hole and coated it with blukote, there was no pus inside. But upon further inspection I found these other lumps and wounds. Is the white under the skin pus? What do I need to do for her random lumps? The one pictured is scabbed over but some of her other lumps don't look like wounds at all

I'm suspicious you might be dealing with mites. There are several kinds of mites. Have you inspected the coop at night with a flashlight to see if things might be crawling on your chickens?

Have you inspected the other chickens for these lumps? Or red skin rashes?

Vetericyn spray is very good for treating any skin injuries. If you find or even suspect parasites may be contributing to this issue, I recommend Elector PSP. It's a spinosad concentrate, and you can mix up a nice warm dipping solution and dip the entire chicken. It will kill any parasites while preventing re-infestation for months. You can also treat your coop with it.

I can check tonight but I haven't seen any parasites on the chickens at all. I can't seem to find any lumps on anyone else either

How old is your chicken, and what is the tylan treatment for?
It could be mites/lice, so checking for that is a good idea.
Where are the lumps? All over, or in definite areas?
It's also possible that they are cysts or tumors. Is the bird molting? Could be feather cysts, which are basically ingrown feathers. The cutaneous form of Mareks disease can also cause lumps. Do you know if it was vaccinated? The fact that you are treating with tylan makes me wonder if this is part of whatever made it ill. How is she acting? Eating/drinking well, droppings normal, crop normal? Just some thoughts....

She is about 18 weeks and I was treating with tylan for suspected sinus infection due to swelling of the face. The lumps are limited to her head and the back of her neck. No mites. No lumps on other chicks. She is acting as normal as ever, still eating and drinking. I have her quarantined inside so I can watch her. Her crop is normal and her poo seems a little watery but not too abnormal. Just all these mysterious lumps

It's hard to take pictures but the lumps are weird and small. They've all randomly shown up in the last couple of days

The photo in post #6 kind of inclines me towards them being feather cysts/ingrown feathers. It's hard to judge from a picture though. So if a vet visit is not possible, and that would be my first recommendation both for these and to positively ID your respiratory infection, my inclination would be to try to clean one out, like the one in #6 and see what is in there, using small tweezers or what ever works to get to it. See if there is feather matter in there, or any pus. Then rinse it out well with chlorhexidine and put some antibiotic ointment, like neosporin on it. They look fairly small in the pictures, if they were large I would be more reluctant to do it myself as there could be a lot of bleeding. Otherwise, if the bird is not acting sick, I'd probably do a wait and see to see if more develop or if they stay stable or get worse. Maybe someone else will weigh in with other ideas of what is going on. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Here are some links on feather cysts for reference, so you can see if this looks like a possibility.
