Open wound to bone on back, bully rooster?

I feel bad keeping her confined:( she’s out in the shed for the night, and comes when called for treatment. Aspirin seems a good idea. The balm I use is an analgesic but the salt washes hurt so I will keep it in mind. Thanks heaps
I tested the epsom salt soaks on my own sores and felt no stinging. When I first started using them with Henry, I only soaked his legs because he had a large puncture wound I didn't want to risk getting wet. When I finally gave him a bath, still protecting that one wound from water, he showed no indication of a reaction to the epsom salt, and these were all large, deep wounds.

That’s sad, I’m sorry to hear that
Thank you. It was a very sad day. I'm trying to find him some hens since he is very docile towards me. Since I bought the pair and didn't realize she was already injured it's possible another rooster did that. At least I pray it won't happen again.

Awwww, so sad for your girls. I had the same situation and put the rooster down. Just not far to have the hens suffer and never any hope for change. Glad you separated him...my thoughts, time for him to go. I know it its hard but after 10 minutes you will be glad you did.
