Are they?! I love those! I don't have any experience with chickens at all and the extent of my knowledge is internet searches and what I have learned reading post here for a few months. I matched my first order to the exact description and the catalog pictures. All 8 offered looked just like the picture. This is my second order. The chicks in this picture above all have the same marking patterns and look nothing like the catalog and my first order that I id'd as buff. Thanks everyone!

Ok. I've been confused. I overlooked 'laced'. I have a 6 week old buff laced polish. These above are just buff. Buff and buff laced are different. They show buff laced in the catalog but not buff. I'm learning. Thanks!

Alot of hatcheries "experiment" with different colors. I was given a Polish a couple of weeks ago that is pure red with a little bit of black on the hackles and in the tail but that's it. You'll probably have to wait until they feather out to fully see what color they will be.

My buff Laced Polish has blue legs. Lol. But I didn't see her as a chick xD

oh ok. thanks. My buff laced has blue legs too. I've been looking at photos and the Polish Breeders Club website. I'm learning and the more I am learning the more interesting the birds are becomming to me. I want some more study on genetics. where's a good source of info on breeding?
