orange chunk is poo and "little strings"

one of my chickens pooped out a runny substnace that hand orange in it and what looked like little strings. i noticed this today. She seemed healthy, she runs around. I dont know what to do. I dont have them on medicated feed, and they run around the yard almost all day.
Anybody know what it is or what I should do?

How old is your hen?
Was it worms? Eggyolk? Could she have eaten something funky in the yard?

The other two are 8 weeks and she is about 9 or 10 weeks.
I'm not sure if she at somthign weird. all we have back there is grass, the others poop is just fine. I was just wondering if it was some sort of worms or sickness. I threw som garlic out there and put some in the water cuz apparently its a good parasite killer..and its weird cuz she is running around having fun. Shes the most active of the three. Im just new at this and want them to be healthy
