Orange poop and no eggs

I have two hens left after one became very ill last year. One was laying fine, but has not layed in a couple of months now, and her poop has become quite orange, with some very watery stools which leave orange wet patches in the coop. Both hens seem completely fine in themselves, eating and drinking ok, and look fine. Last worm count was ok too, and I have worked recently. Any ideas, as I'm worried mostly about the not laying.

It's not unusual for hens not to lay in winter because of the shorter daylight hours. I'm concerned about the poop. What do they eat?
