I'm expecting an order on Monday and now that the temps are due to be colder than it was, I'm concerned about having ordered just 15.....

I have always had good luck with them. Is always best to check with them during office hours if you are concerned. They are in Cincinnati sounds like a road-trip?

Do they put in packing peanuts if it's cold?? They said in and email that they do not use packing peanuts on a normal basis....

Do they put in 1 or 2 extras or would I expect only the 15 I ordered...
