I would PM tallyho directly. You will probably get a quicker response

Hi! I think, since this is our 1st try, we decided to limit it to 12. However, you can take as many as you put in the swap. We don't have enough participants to swap enough for a big quilt but this will make a nice little lap quilt if you add a row of your own blocks, sashing and borders...or plenty of cute potholders.

It's not too late to start: You can whip 12 out pretty quickly!

Do we want to sign our blocks on the back?

Oops - I see Tallyho has answered. So I've pulled my (wrong) answer.

Cottagechick -
about the lo-sugar boysenberry jam: does your mother use artificial sweeteners? I can make it with SweetNLow if you want...but tell me soon. :)
Thanks!

Howdy all!!! Back from Nashville! Talk about some SERIOUS BYC withdrawls!! For the first few days I was able to get on through my phone, but the last 2 days it hasn't let me on!!!

I've got an americauna hen that I spotted limping today. I watched her and it looks like she is 'trying' not to use her left foot. I checked her foot (both, just in case), legs, and her hip. No obvious sores, cuts or wounds and nothing looked swollen. And she did let me 'touch' her without much fight. (she doesn't like to be held) Any advice, suggestions? I do let them out of run doing the day, but they are in our fenced backyard. I lock them up at night in their run. (nothing can get in and they can't get out.) I noticed her sitting on the ground rather than on their outside roost. They have roosts in their coop, but they all cuddle up in the nests most of the time. They are all in their coop now. Should I give it a few days? And any 'chicken' vets in the Vancouver area?
Thanks,
