I've been meaning to ask, 'What did you do when you were raising Frankie?' He is such a little gentleman! I have his and Jonnie's cage next to Angus and Amanda. They are all in the livingroom, for now, so I have a great 'viewing' whenever I want! Well, these 2 boys are as different as night and day. I put food or treats in the cage, Angus has to run (and I mean run, sometimes right over Amanda!) right to any dishes to be first!! Now, Frankie, always gives Jonnie the first 'turn'. "Always"!! and everytime! At first I thought he was 'shy', but take Jonnie out of the cage.....OMG! ....And when she goes back into the cage, Frankie goes right to her like he has to make sure she is ok. At night, before they go to sleep, they lay in the corner and make coo-ing sounds to each other! It is the sweetest! (I want a husband like Frankie!!)

Now Amanda does dot on Angus, but it just isn't 'romantic' like with Frankie and his Jonnie! Angus acts like a 'normal' guy! I want to know how or what you did, to make Frankie this way!! (Now if I could get him to be just a tad quieter first thing in the morning, he would be perfect!!) For a little guy, he has a set of lungs!!

Lol I really didn't do anything! I believe that some birds are just meant to be together...soul mates. Zephyr and Dina are, I am certain of it. He takes care of her, she dotes on him, they sleep together, eat together and scream bloody murder when the other leaves the room

I am learning that even with Seramas, they are all different. No mean ones in my bunch, but definitely different styles of taking care of their hens and how they interact with me even though I treat them all the same. Well, ok, lol not exactly...Zephyr is the most spoiled

If she doesn't, I may have an identical frizzle (no buff yet - just black and white) for you. I am waiting another week to see if he is really a he

I also have a tri colored silkied frizzle roo from Napoleon and Fawn. He is for sure a roo and while I'd love to have him, lol I really don't think I dare....plus I just found tonight that I may have a pure white one
fl.gif
and a chocolate barred one (a Jerry project with my friend). I HAVE to keep both them no matter what!

Ok, so looove my brinsea mini adv. BUT clearly need to work on knowing it better; set 6 blue marans pq eggs, 6 full stage, one drowned trying to hatch (assuming); one failed to internal pip, and then ignorant owner (ME) caught one's head and it died (between water well and shell) ugh. So now I have 3 (sure to be roosters). I think I will bring them to the swap just so I don't have to eat them myself (as I can't with pets).
