I am going to take this time thank everyone in advance for coming to this swap and for all your help in making it such a huge success! (yes, I'm counting my chicks before they hatch!) It takes more than just a couple people to make these events happen and I'm so grateful we have all pulled together and embraced this new venue! We are going to totally rock Benton County tomorrow!!!

To Cloverleaf and Alexis, thank you does not cover it - doesn't even come close!! You both know I couldn't have done any of this without you guys

I think everyone is familiar with the set-up/check-in information at this point so from here on out, we are winging it!
lol.png
Be sure to check in, donate and pick up your name tag before setting up. Check in - 8:30am - 10am

We have a lot of people coming to sell/swap and I am fairly certain buy tomorrow. It should be a very high traffic event - which is very exciting! I have been taking phone calls and answering emails for the past 5 days from people either coming to sell or just attend to shop. Today I had at least 6 new people sign up to bring chickens! Just another reminder, there are two other events taking place at the fairgrounds tomorrow so be aware of dogs and people carrying/wearing lol ski equipment as you are dropping off/parking/picking up etc. The south parking lot (large gravel lot) is the best place to park - fairly short walk to the building. As Alexis' map shows, there are many ways to drop off and then park depending on where you are coming from in the area. It's all pretty simple and hard to get lost. Our building is the last building before the rodeo grounds. Right behind the building is an RV/boat camp area so if you see that, you are close! Plus our awesome new banner will be gracing the entrance (

to Alexis!)

I was at Nutcakes this afternoon and they have really outdone themselves! The cake is adorable! and they have made so many little "poultry" treats for us...it's awesome! Their menu includes donuts, cookies, other sweets, drinks, juices, coffee and even Rian's delicious Garden Vegetable soup. Big round of applause for them since they are still working at the bakery (Frank will be frying donuts all night) to get all the stuff ready for us in the morning
