Oregon Fall Poultry Swap - October 22 - Corvallis @ the Fairgrounds!!!

This was my first time to the swap, and I enjoyed it... I ended up buying the first thing I saw- an adorable LAMB! Of course my family is now teasing me about going ot a chicken swap and coming home wiht a sheep, lol. He is doing very well, and our llama is already claiming him as "his baby"... My daycare children adore him, and insisted on serenading him off key and too loudly "Mary had a little lamb".. the swap was a bit overwhelming, and I agree that getting the arena might be better.I was really surprised to see so many roos available! Looking forward to participating in the spring though-

You got the lamb? My girls wanted it from the moment we drove up and saw it in the parking lot. I went to go buy it right after you had

I am putting in my vote now for the 13th. I can't do the 20th, that's the Stevenson show.

I too would opt for the 13, our family will be out of town on the 20th.

Either the 13th or the 27th. I may also be showing in Stevenson.

We are down for the 13th and the 27th...just waiting to see which day is not a game day. We won't know till summer.

Hey all....our dear Chicken Rustler has seriously messed up his back, and can barely walk right now....I know this is super short notice, but I am heading up there tomorrow, so if anybody wants to go with me, I've got room in the truck. I was already planning on going up there to take some birds to him, but now it will be a "what can I get done for Rob" trip...I don't have very much time to spend up there unfortunately, because I have to get back for work tomorrow night, but I will be leaving the Oregon City area about 10am. He's in Ethel, WA, which is just southeast of Chehalis.....
