Oregon Fall Poultry Swap - October 27, 2012 in Corvallis!!!

I am very interested in in some muscovies and will be at the swap. What colors do you raise?

Thank you for your time,
Shannon

Just checking into the thread. Seems to be going quite well on here.

I have a pair of Grey Pilgrim Geese. They are 2 years old and are both Tufted! If anyone is interested let me know. Available now or at the Swap.

As of today, I'm starting a waiting list for all indoor spaces until I get the final diagram done next weekend. If you haven't paid but you've started a bringing list, you will be placed on this waiting list and given priority. I'm fairly certain I will have a few more spaces available but I want to make sure first.

So..... I hope I'm not breaking any rules doing this - if I am, let me know.

I have what I believe is an Olive Egger that is 15 weeks old and just starting to crow. I say I believe he is an Olive Egger because he was in the same batch as Ameraucanas and I'm no expert at telling the difference between the two. Anyways... He's just started to practice his crowing and I don't want to start any feuds with the neighbors so I'm giving this cute roo away. He is a lavender color and is free to a new home now.

I am in the Tigard area and if anyone wants him, send me a pm.

Again.. I really, really hope I'm not stepping on any toes here by posting this.

The pretty SFH I have left.
I also have
Sweetpea (maran , maran x)
Peanut ( EE ? Olive egger )
Peanut and Sweetpea

2 MF D'uccles( not sure possible hens)
1 Serama roo
1 Norwigen Jearhon roo
2 Mixed chochin X barred rock ? (Again not sure possibley 1hen 1roo but defently not sure)
I will try to get pictures of them soon

I also Have a group of Bobwhites and there single Chukar friend. These guys were the cast offs of a group I hatched for a friend. THe runts and bad eyes ect I wanted to keep them but my house is getting way to full and all my birds are costing me around 75-90 a month and I just cant aford it. These are cute little birds The two with actual pyaical promblems one chuckar and one bobwhite probly shoudnt be bred but the other bobwhites could be they were just the smaller slow growers of the group I hatched and I didnt want them culled. I can bring Eggs from My jumbo brown quail if anyone wants them for hatching. Please let me know.

Since this seems pretty much like a bring/want list might as well add the things I would be intersted in

I sapose I cant add the cheesecake but I must say it would be top of my list .. I love love love good ol cheesecake.
Saddles for my Jumbo brown girls cause my boys are typical teenages and man the girls dont get much rest
1 or 2 Serama hens or serama hatching eggs
Diapers for my birds the bigger they get the bigger the poo gets
sickbyc.gif
and lap chickens get a little less lap time
I havent been to a swap and I am also new to chickens so I am sure that once I get there there will be all sorts of things I want that I didnt even think about.

What are you asking for the chukar and his friends? I probably can only take the chuckar and a couple of the bobs.

There are 4 bobs and 1 chukar It would have to be 2 bobs and the chukar or all of them as I woudnt want the little guys to get lonely without one of there own kind the chukar is use to it as he / she has been with the bobs and not other chukars.
As for how much You could pay anything you feel would be a fair price if you wanted but Im more intersted in them hopefully finding a good home and not being culled or what not , I know that people eat game birds as well but after getting these little ones up to sped and healthy Id like to see them go to a home as pets as it were.
