Oregon Spring Poultry Swap April 23, 2011 in Canby!!!

For all those who are interested....PM me so I can start a list, if you know how many/what kind let me know that too. Also, if you have an ideal 'arrival' date for the chicks that would be helpful as well.
I'm so excited! Wish I could just do it now but we'll need to move first and build another coop! Sheesh!

Laura, of course you can "never" say "never" to more chickens...that would be just silly.

Apparently, I'm far from saying "no" as well, as I bought a trio of gray call ducks at the show this weekend! ACK!

Just say you let your little roo hang out with the girls in the day hours and that one of them managed to hatch out a bunch of chicks when you weren't looking. To complete the story, make a round pile of straw somewhere hidden and put in some cracked egg shells. LOL

Ok Oregonians...how much interest is there in creating an "Oregon Feather Fanciers" type of organization??? I hate that there are NO shows in Oregon besides fairs. Who's with me on this? (I'm going to post this over in the Oregon thread too...)
