Hi everyone! Boy am I behind lol. Sorry for everyone who was trying to reach me today via PMs and such. I was in Portland with my daughter for college. I'll be going back up tomorrow to get her (3 days in a row to Portland! ugh) so I'm going to try and catch up now so I can finish what I have left for the swap. I can't believe it's almost here!

So I'm finally getting to sit down and am literally covered in chocolate. I'm going foraging in the morning so keep your

! I'm kind of giddy. The weather has been close to perfect but you never can tell.

I've made 5 ganaches. The truffles I'll have will be a plain dark chocolate, peppermint patty, coffee/mocha, raspberry, and orange - all made with a blend of Guittard and Green and Blacks semisweet chocolate.

I'm going to make three types of cupcake. Vanilla with a bit of orange zest filled with organic rasp jam with a vanilla buttercream; red velvet filled with "cheesecake" and topped with a creamcheese buttercream; and finally a dark chocolate cake filled with chocolate peppermint ganache and with a chocolate buttercream.
And they'll all have a fun little topper of course.

I also have a few peonies I have potted up. There are two or three in 5 gallon pots and a few in two gallon pots. I was thinking $10? for the five gallon and 6$ for the two?

They're double pinks. Let me know if you'd be interested.
