I was sitting under the white canopy with Chris (OregonBlues) as she was kind enough to share shelter and space. My poults and chicks were in a Vari Kennel carrier so you couldn't really see them unless you peered through the crate gate but I did have a big cardboard sign on top that said Poults and Marans. They were too young to sex anyway if you were only looking for pullets, sorry.

There were some comments on a Central Oregon Poultry Group on FB about doing another one... Haven't heard anything since, hopefully someone takes over as I have moved out of the area. I am sure the Redmond Parks and Rec would allow the same location to be used - otherwise you will have to host it in Madras or Culver (though when I asked about the Culver park it was a no-go, can't remember if there was an event there or what).

Kind of a newbie here... had visited with you all about a year ago and I'm just now returning. I won a coop recently so will be getting my first chickies soon. I'm in Bend.

You mentioned a Facebook group? Could I ask what the actual group name is? I tried doing a search on Facebook just now and couldn't find it. Thanks!

I'd love to participate in a swap this year, if anyone does put one together. Looking forward to visiting with you all!

Central Oregon Poultry Group I believe is the name of the FB group. And call Redmond Parks and Recreation - let them know we are the same group that did the swap last year, and if you want to have it at the same park. Otherwise you will have to host in I think Madras was the only other spot - or you can pay the fees associated with the Redmond Expo Center.
