ISO Light Sussex hatching eggs, chicks or pullets driving distance from Bend, OR. Impossible to find but maybe knows of someone who knows of someone??
 
I have a silverudd's blue rooster. blue in color, good at protecting the ladies. He is heterozygus for the blue egg gene(has one blue egg gene). purchased as a chick and had him shipped in. Has been fed a corn, soy and gmo free feed since then. He is not mean. I dont have alot of hens and have four males. Really need to rehome him. oregon coast

I'm not in the Portland area, but how about talking to some people about alternatives to chickens, like coturnix quail? They take up a lot less space and are good for urban areas.

found a home for him. yay. I will have more birds available if anyone is looking
