The Healing Ponds website spells Ameraucana with an "i", which may be a simple spelling error on their part but usually means they are really Easter Eggers. Nothing against EEs, I have a bunch of them, just something to be aware of if you're looking for true Ams.
I purchased my Ameraucana with an "i" fron this farm. I posted pictures of them at about 18 weeks old and was told by several people that they are EE. They are super cute and friendly but they haven't started laying yet so I can't tell you what color there eggs are yet.

The only thing I would have would be BLRW's, and only small number unless I get a better incubator. Everything else I've got is all hatchery. My bantam boys aren't getting the job done yet.

HELP. I had a chick with Who i had to clean her tush. Right as i finished cleaning her, her neck seemed to go limp, her eyes closed some and her breathing labored. I got her up and tweeting. .. moving around and thought she was ok. But now as i watch her she is having the same labored breathing and is slow going. What is wrong? What do i do? She is about 1 1/2 weeks old.

Pacific Northwest Poultry Assoc. if memory serves me right. They sponcer and organize shows in WA & OR. I've only been to 2 so others will have more info. I believe we have memebers who are officers in the assoc. also.
I'm thinking about going to the show here in Medford in August. Do we need to band our birds for the show? What size would full grown d'uccles take?
