Hello! Wanted to introduce myself and our farm. We are in Grants Pass, OR (southern Oregon) and have had our flock over a year now. I have a lot of animal experience, but am new to taking care of chickens. We are looking to rehome our rooster (temporarily) for about a year. We just moved into the city and just found out our 17 week old Starlight Green Egger pullet ended up being a cockerel. He's super sweet and cuddly, but he just started crowing, and we need to rehome him immediately. Looking for someone who just needs an extra rooster in a backyard flock. No killing or inhumane environments. Ideally, we'd like to be able to check in on him now and then.

I have 9 right now! I just got 7 chicks this Spring. I currently have Chocolate Orpingtons, Cream Legbars, Houdan, Maran, Silkie, and a backyard mix. I've had chickens for about 14 years now!
