Organization Help Needed

I know a lot of people here are very good with organization and that's what I need help with...

We are hatching chicks and there has been a lot of people who want them.

I would like some organization help on waiting lists and other things that are helpful when you are selling...

What tools, apps, and other things do you use to help you organize everything like waiting list, hatches, and anything else that you can think of...
