solution for play: when she either jumps or her mouth touches a human, all play immediately stops. Turn around, cross your arms, and ignore her until she is calmer. This technique will give you an extinction burst, where the behavior gets more intense as the dog tries harder before giving up. It will seem like itā€™s getting worse, but that means that itā€™s working.

Ohhh, the extinction burst concept makes sense. I will keep that in mind and be more patient next time she becomes bitey. Thank you!
