The last two both look like EE's to me. The other way to tell the EE's from the Wellies is the combs. So, EE's have the flat combs and green legs, and Wellies have a single comb and yellow legs. They feather out a bit differently too, especially in that the head 'V' on EE's can get blurred with white or light feathers a lot whereas the Wellies stays clearer for longer, but the legs and combs are the easiest way when they're young. I'm not sure if you're just asking behavior wise or breed wise for the differences, but of course there's the egg color
. My EE's were always flighty, even when grown. My Wellies were brave, more inquisitive and a lot of fun. Still fairly standoffish, but not due to fear as much as they often had better things to do.
