Yes he can survive as a lone wolf but if it makes you feel better
then get your chick a buddy
Normally this is how I raise my chicks but I have also
raised quite a few singly and had great results
This is the difference in the sleeping arrangement's if you
raise them all at one time and believe it or not all 16 of this
hatch had survived thus far and one is crowing and that
leads me to believe that one wont be producing egg's
