Orphaned Gosling

I have an AMAZING update for you all!

First of all, Little Baby is NOT a gosling after all, he’s an eider duckling!

Second, I managed to make contact with someone who happens to be raising a disabled (one winged) eider duck right now!

She has agreed to adopt him, raise him to adulthood, and then set him free.

We are on our way to drop him off now. He’ll be much happier and healthier with a yard and another eider duck to be his friend.

I guess this marks the end of this thread for me. Thank you so much everyone who gave me advice. I felt much more confident taking care of the little one, knowing I had people to help me.
