This Orpington chick is about 5-6 weeks old.

The parent options are:

• white or buff roo
• lavender or chocolate hen

They were all together and we don’t know who hatched what. Any ideas what color(s) this chick could be?

And while we’re here - do we think it’s a pullet or cockerel? Thanks for any info you have

Most probably your white roo is Rececive White and hiding barring behind it. That is how he is producing barred chicks with hens of different color than him.

Well if anyone is cares for an update, here's our handsome guy at 14 weeks. Sidenote: anyone need a rooster? He's a gem but violates city ordinance.
