Orpington hen or rooster?

So helpful! I can't thank you enough. I've had all my babies since they were 4 days old and I'm so attached to them but I can't have roosters where I live. Two are mature faster than the other two or so it seems. I'll be adding pictures of the two that I originally thought were turning out to be roosters but since getting such awesome information from y'all, I'm thinking I might be wrong. Hopefully in time I can be as knowledgable as y'all! :D
The big SIGN for me was wattles. The pullets often had combs, and their wattles were often RED, but they were not large. The tails were also different:

This is Nixie. I have mixed feeling on whether or not she is a pullet. One day I think yes an the next I'm like "nope, he's a rooster"

This is Echo who is also 12 weeks. He/she has close to the same look at Nixie (majority rule= cockerel). I've said from the start that if one is a boy then so is the other. What do you think? The last pick is of Echo (left) and Ceto (right) cuddling.

Cockerel as well, sorry. Nixie and Echo both. They look just like my Lav cockerel at same age, and I was saying the same things, lol. At least Ceto is a pretty pullet! :)
