Aw, I thought so. And he's not old! At 30, he's just middle aged for an amazon! I don't remember how old my bird's mom is, but at the vet where I work we have one old amazon who is pretty close to 100 years old! I'm not sure on the exact age though, because our computer doesn't recognize ages over 50, it just says >50 yrs for the age!
