Our 1st hatch under a broody *updated* new pics 6/25

yeah i have to be home by 5 and New Tripoli is 1 hour away from me so i'd leave at about 4. and the soonest i can possibly get there is 1.

ok yeah that should work.. we have a hook in the ceiling upstairs (it was used for a hanging plant; the ceiling is somewhat high but we can do something)

So we went to the New Tripoli, PA chicken stock on Sunday (It was fabulous by the way!) and we sold 2 of our chicks, but ended up bringing home 4 more. We gave these 4 to momma hen as well and she readily accepted them. I'm just amazed. She is now caring for 12 chicks.

BTW: we also ended up bringing home 2 muscovy ducklings, 2 Sebbie goslings and 1 dozen hatching eggs which went into the bator with some more of our own "designer" eggs.
