It's beautiful and has a peaceful and unchaotic look. Just pull up a few lawn chairs and maybe a firepit for the autumn season and it's cheap and laid back family entertainment... that's what i'm going to do

I hadn't thought about putting the feeder and water under the nest boxes. Good use of space. How high are the next boxes?

your coop is great.
i would change on the chicken coop door i would put one 2 slide bolt on the door in side
human door put a slide bolt toward the bottom of the door
cut the nail back or fold them over back in wood
where you silkes will perch i would paint or put linoleum or washable plate mat on top of their poop boxes 4easy cleaning.
the widows when open can the chickens the sit on edge will it be easy to clean up. if not you might want to wire by the window
