Our county dollars at waste again.

I have to vent a little so forgive me. Our county just passed a new law that all dogs have to be licensed and that they have to be penned or chained at all times. Even in the country. Ok I get the idea is for problem dogs and problem owners however they have hired people to go door to door to check that people are following the law. Our county is a poor county and they spend money on this??? What the heck. What about all the other issues we should be worried about like roads, schools being closed, or hiring more county deputies since we don't have enough. Or why not focus on all the drunk drivers or drug addicts and family abuse going on in this county! It makes me so angry the county commisioners passed this law with out anyone knowing it. They only ever mentioned it to the publice after they passed it to effective April 1st. Sorry I had to vent. Thanks for listening.
