That is a wonderful coop indeed! I might make one suggestion though... The 2x4 wire is rather large in hole size. I would debate adding a 36" high run of the hardware cloth for total security. "IF" an attack on the girls occurs, they will want to flock into a corner where a racoon could easily pull a few through that fencing.

I do love the coop though! It also looks very much like the tractor shed I have been planning on! I was thinking about the very same stuff for siding but was worried it would not look good near the house. I did not even think about painting it!
