It is a heritage breed, not a B.B. so it won’t get quite as big, as fast.
If it is a female we are keeping it as flock OverWatch. If it is a male, it is thanksgiving dinner

Turkeys are very observent and good protectors. OverWatch is my name of the position of flock guard. Think eye to the sky.
If you have ever seen a flock of wild turkeys, one is always on guard. Turkeys will often assume the same position with a flock of chickens.
