Yes, and those 2 egg's that I gave my broody to sit on will be removed before she hatches them. Then I will candle them and put them into my incubator.

Thank you for posting these pic's! I have been wondering how they turned out! It look's like the White one might be a boy, and the blue one a girl by what I can see of the combs. The crops of those 2 look nice and full.

Based on their personalities, I would have thought the other way around... Pepper is bold and curious, Salt is the one who runs away and hides.
The Alohas are most certainly two and two.... WHY are the boys always friendlier? The Aloha boys will come up to me, and roost on my arm while I walk around the yard... the girls just tolerate me..

I must admit I've found that to be the true too!

My ee pullet was far friedlier than my roo. She was constantly in my lap, on my shoulder, and always first to the treats. Emmett wasn't at all friendly. Ever.

It depend's on the personality I guess. I have noticed that most of the time if there's one that end's up in being a female that want's to be friendly, one that turns out to be a boy will jump on her to scare her away.

Yesterday Ruby had the chick out all morning in the big yard. They spent quite a bit of time in the compost pile where there's shade.

This morning it came bursting out the pop door first, ran around in a few crazy circles chirping like it couldn't decide which way to go, then ran out to the big yard with one of the Nn's for scratch Ruby was 3 birds behind.
