turtlebird, I'm planning to send the broilers to freezer camp. We have a local butcher shop that will process them although I am planning to butcher them myself at some point.

I'll tell my DH that you all oohhed and aahhhed over his coop

Hopefully that will help get him motivated to build me a pig pen
