Awww... they're beautiful, Fishermom! I just love my two mille fleurs. I'm hoping to hatch out more this spring.

This is Dot's face. I was trying to get comb pics for a friend. Fingers crossed for eggs soon!

Well, I was WRONG... it is not MILDRED laying eggs...
it is Hannah.. and I caught her in the act and didn't even realize it! I mean, I knew she was looking to lay, but didn't realize she HAD done it! Look underneath her in these pictures. I discovered the egg when looking at the pictures on my computer! Now I have to go out and get it before it falls!

Rose the rooster was checking things out too.

Okay, maybe the reason I don't have eggs is that I can't identify them... where is the egg under her? I keep staring at that pic and all I see is a brown square thing. Is this like one of those hidden picture things?

I stink at the invisible picture games too. Good thing my job doesn't depend on my visual accuity.

Thanks for the hints. All I could see was the square thing and it kind of looked like part of a Hershey bar and then I got distracted thinking how cool it would be if your chicken laid little square Hershey bars that were actually chocolate and not something else and, well... you can see why I missed the actual egg down there.
