our first egg!

Our sweet little RIR, Ruby, laid a beautiful little egg for us this morning. She is 21 weeks old and is the first in our flock of 4 to lay. My birthday was yesterday, I consider the egg a belated bday gift

I would submit a pic but I can't figure out how to upload it...
I can't wait for the other 3 to start laying!

I was just making my son his birthday dinner and was cracking eggs, thinking:I love using my own eggs!
