Our Foster Puppy... UPDATE*post #26*

Is she possibly German Shepherd or part, I'm sitting here looking at her and it hits me, she looks a lot like a german shepherd Puppy, she is very smart and sweet and I was under the impression that shepherds are extremely smart dogs? Someone dupmed her in the parking-lot of the shelter and she was too young for them to keep so they were going the euthanize her, I said "NO!" and brought her home lol My husband named her Mocha, but I think I'm going to change it to Bella, she just seems like a Bella to me! So what do you think, Am I seeing things or does she look a little shepherd?

So foster puppy just threw-up a bunch of mucosy foamy clear fluid, I'm hoping it's not parvo; I really can't afford to save another dog

She is beautiful i like Mocha!!! lol but she is very pretty she looks like a gs lab mix or maybe even mixed with husky i work at a rescue we had one kind of like this named Romeo!!

Very cute puppy! How much does she weigh? Give us a scale so we can see her relative size and maybe WalkswithDog can chime in.

I would guess around 1-2lbs at 4ish weeks.

That pup aint goin nowhere. Nobody takes such beautiful pictures of foster pups. Nobody thinks about changing the name again if it's a foster pup. You know you're keeping that cutie. Just admit it.

Good for you. She looks pretty comfortable at your house. I couldn't work in a shelter I would be bringing animals home every day.

Throw your hubby a bone and keep the name Mocha. That'll earn puppy keeping points.

Keep the puppy & sneak in the kitten... I do stuff like that, and then when DH realizes there's more eggs, or chicks, or hens, or horses... You get the picture, he has to laugh because I did such a good job making them blend in!

Yep, keep "Mocha" as the name - if hubby already named her, she's in - keeping her name as Mocha will only help
